OWNERSHIP The foregoing license gives you limited rights to use the Software. AB SoftDev and its suppliers retain all right, title and interest, including all copyrights, in and to the Software and all copies thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this EULA, including International Copyrights, are reserved by AB SoftDev and its suppliers. 3. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights. As a condition to your agreement with AB SoftDev, you agree that you will not use the Software to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. 4. WARRANTY AB SoftDev offers no warranty of performance, express or implied, with regard to the licensed software and all accompanying materials. CUSTOMER REMEDY Your exclusive remedy under the above limited warranty shall be, at AB SoftDev's option, either a full refund of the purchase price or correction of the defective software or media. It can be positioned to any location inside the desktop area and its last position will be remembered. * An option was added to override the final score when multiple judges are judging. The upper- and lower adjustment limits may also be configured on the Application Setting page. When enabled and after an entry was scored by all the judges, the calculated score instead of the final score/award message will be displayed. The final score then needs to be captured and thereafter the final score/award message will be displayed as per usual. * Added options to Categories to have Categories which Entries need not have scores, can be excluded from the Web Export and which Entries can be treated Anonymously.
